I have nothing but the highest praise for Mr. Colin Cutting of the Westmorland General Hospital (University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHSFT). I was admitted to the Royal Lancaster Infirmary with what turned out to be several urinary problems. As my assigned surgeon Mr. Cutting succinctly and clearly explained the details of the surgery needed. His professionalism and attention to detail are exemplary before and after procedures. The operations were completed during the imposed additional pressures generated by the pandemic on him, his theatre teams and nursing staff. I would also like to say that on several occasions during the eight-month procedural period I was assured, unsolicitedly, by those who worked alongside him that I was in ‘good hands’. I am relieved to write that the quality of life has considerably improved. Thank you! Alan Cavanagh

I met Mr Cutting in the urology clinic in ulverston on 14th aril 2021 to to talk about a management plan for my condition. I found him very easy to talk with and he really put me at ease. He has arranged for more tests in six months before a further consultation. I really did appreciate the way he talked me through the way ahead the man was a pleasure to talk with. B Anderson.

I have always found Mr. Cutting very professional and also caring. He has looked after my health since 2008 and the importance to me is the continuity of his care which has meant a great deal to me over the years. I always found his relaxed and friendly approach very reassuring and a credit to his profession.
